A case file run from start to close, on fictional data

This is what both parties to a case see: twelve milestones, each carried by a named party and covered by a signed attestation, the documents with their checks and the scope of each check, validity counters running live, translated messaging and a timestamped log. No step moves forward unless someone other than SaqrBridge signs it.

Demo case file

Every piece of data on this page is fictional and exists only to show how the mechanism works. No real organization, no real bird, no real transaction appears here. The party names, document numbers, cited authorities and amounts are all invented for the purpose of the demonstration.

This case is read-only. It is neither a contract template nor a compliance guide: to find out what a real export actually requires, use Export Check and the CITES management authority of the country of origin.

Validity counters, live

An expired document sends everything back to square one, and that is invisible in a message thread. This is the simplest reason this product exists: these counters make visible the one thing that can sink a case both parties have already agreed on.

One document is close to expiring

Clinical examination : the deadline has been reached or is imminent while the case is still open. In a message thread, nobody sees this countdown, and the document expires while the parties are discussing something else. The document then has to be requested again, often ahead of another one that depends on it, and the whole chain slips back by several weeks.

What the counters coverA counter displays an expiry date declared on a filed document. It does not verify the document's authenticity, nor whether the issuing authority still considers it valid. A document that has not expired can still be refused for another reason.

The twelve milestones, and who answers for each

Each milestone carries the name of the party legally responsible for it, and the code of the attestation that covers it. The name shown is never SaqrBridge's, except for purely procedural steps.

10Payment, outside the platformTo do

SaqrBridge neither holds nor guarantees the funds.

Delivery attestation: delivery completed and receipt confirmed, or reservations recorded.

12Closure and releaseTo do

Responsible: Both parties · A9

Closing attestation: mutual release of both parties; SaqrBridge is not involved in the performance of the contract.

SaqrBridge never validates a step on behalf of the party who bears legal responsibility for it

A milestone is completed because the party in charge declares it done and signs the corresponding attestation, under their own name and with a timestamp. The platform sends reminders, freezes a case or closes it administratively, and every one of those interventions is logged with its author. It never ticks the box for a seller, a buyer, a veterinarian or a freight forwarder: the day it did, it would be taking on a responsibility that is not its own.

Documents and their checks

A case is never marked "verified" as a whole. Each document has its own status, its own check layer and its own written scope.

One anomaly flagged for human review

An anomaly is not a flaw in the check, it is its useful result. A stamp overlapping the text or a handwritten entry an engine cannot extract with certainty should be flagged for human review rather than guessed at: an engine that fills in the gaps produces the appearance of compliance, which is exactly what to avoid on a document that will be shown to an authority. The case moves forward with the anomaly displayed, not with the anomaly erased.

Translated messaging

Every message is kept in its original language, and its translation is shown alongside it, never in its place. A translation is a reading aid, not the statement itself.

What a translation coversThe translation is produced to allow parties who do not share a language to read each other. In case of discrepancy, the original text prevails, and it is the original that is archived in the proof file.

The proof file

This is the deliverable that remains once the case is closed, and it is the one that matters the day something goes wrong.

What the timestamped PDF contains

  • The complete timeline of the twelve milestones, with the party responsible for each.
  • Every signed attestation, with its exact version and its timestamp.
  • Every document filed, with its digital fingerprint and its filing date.
  • Every verification result, with its layer, its author and its written scope.

At any point, either party can download it, without waiting for closing and without asking the other party's agreement.

What it is for, on both sides

It serves the party first, in case of a dispute with the other party: they have a dated record of what was declared, filed and signed, which they do not have to reconstruct after the fact from screenshots.

It also serves SaqrBridge, to show exactly where its role stopped: what it organized, timestamped and displayed, and what it neither validated, guaranteed nor carried out. It is the same document that protects both sides, and that is deliberate.

Coming soon

The button is inactive: generating the timestamped PDF is not open yet. We would rather say so plainly than offer a download that would produce nothing.

Approved account required

The transaction room is open to verified accounts only

This demo case is the only public part of the transaction room, and it is deliberately complete: it shows the entire mechanism without exposing a single piece of real data. Opening a case, filing a document in it, signing an attestation or ordering a verification all require an account reviewed and approved by our team.

  • Open a case with an identified counterparty, and sign attestation A3.
  • File documents, each one covered by attestation A4 from whoever files it.
  • Order a level 2 or 3 verification from a named firm, whose scope and liability cap are shown before payment.
  • Receive alerts on the case's real counters, not on demo dates.

To understand what each verification layer covers and what it does not, read the method and what we do not verify.
