In this market, demand is concentrated and well-funded while supply is fragmented and poorly informed. Showing demand first is the only order that holds up: a breeder knows what's being asked for before committing to anything, and posting a request assumes no inventory, no bird in hand, and no listing online.
Why this section comes first
An empty marketplace never starts with supply
Asking breeders to publish a catalog before a single buyer shows up asks them to work for nothing. A buy request, by contrast, takes a few minutes to post and is worth something to the other side of the market right away: it states a species, a destination, a range, and a deadline.
Responding doesn't require an inventory
A breeder with a bird on hand responds. A breeder without one can say when they'll have one, or not respond at all. No one needs to build a showcase, photograph stock, or post public prices to have a presence here.
Published requests
The public version is anonymized: title, species, destination country, budget range, and deadline. The requester's identity never appears here, and their free-text notes stay hidden.

The section is open and the list is empty. We don't fill it with fabricated requests to pad the count: a fake request would waste the time of any breeder who responded to it, and it would destroy the one thing this page has to deliver, trust that a listed row matches a real buyer.
Every request goes through human moderation before it appears. A missing row means no request has cleared that step yet, not that there are no buyers on this market.
Every request is moderated by a person before publication. A request involving a species or origin incompatible with the charter is refused, and the reason is communicated to its author. We also reject requests worded to work around the charter, and those that slip contact details into the free text to move off-platform before any verification.
This moderation covers the request's admissibility, and nothing else. It attests neither to the requester's solvency, nor to the reality of their intent to buy, nor to the existence of an import permit on their end. Posting a request is neither a firm offer nor a promise to buy: any resulting contract binds only the seller and the buyer, and SaqrBridge is not a party to it.
Full details and the right to respond require a verified account
The list above stays public because it helps qualify the market. What follows commits both sides to a business relationship, which requires both to be identified.

- The right to respond, reserved for verified accounts, with a response limit per period: without that limit, a handful of accounts could blast every published request and the section would lose its purpose.
